1.6 oz HyperD XLTM is the widebody version of our original HyperDTM line of diamond grid ripstop nylon. Custom woven to a non-standard width of 72", HyperD XLTM is over a foot wider than most fabrics on the market today.
Designed for superior performance and feel compared to standard square grid ripstop nylon, the HyperDTM line combines a high strength-to-weight ratio with an amazingly soft hand feel and visual pop. At 1.6 oz, this fabric fills the void between 1.9 oz and 1.1 oz weights for those seeking lighter weight while retaining maximum strength/durability.
HyperD XLTM is great for widebody hammocks, chairs, lightweight bags, or any project where wide, premium fabric is needed.
